Very rude staff unprofessional!! Bad approach to the customers!! AGAIN VERY VERY RUDE if the table reserve there is an approach to tell your customer it’s booked! Not pointing to him with your little finger without even say hello or welcome ????!!!! What kind of customer service is this !!! Again removing me to the table next dios while place is empty! Pointing with your finger without saying anything!!! If you are selecting your costumer (perhaps with nationalities) mention it and people will not come!!! Waited over 45min for new coals, customer service was terrible tonight, people there longer then me didn't get there coals changes either, €16 for shisha, lots of other places around that are cheaper also

Actually they deserve a ZERO but the minimum rating is one star.. We waited for 30 minutes to order. In the end we got our chichas (it hurt the throat) and then waited another 30 minutes to get the coals changed (in the mean time the flavour burned down. The staff didn't give a sht about us (probably because we didn't speak Spanish). It's also more expensive than the other chicha bars. In addition to that the chair was uncomfortable. I recomend you to go to other places nearby..
Very bad lounge. We've waited 50 minutes to order. They said "we are coming" 3 times. The same case when we've asked for changing the coal. Finally, we couldn't wait any longer and left... If you want to be disgraced with your money, you can go.
Sound is a bit too loud rest of the thing were good , shisha was quite good and vanilla shake was awsome
Extremely rude and dissrespectfull service from the waiters. The shizza costed 10€ and the flavour was completely gone in 3 minutes. They hate foreigners there and they show it to you in every way possible. I visited the place 24.12.2018. Especially the cashier made it very clear he doesnt want me to come back. Racist people, apparently no infidels allowed on christmas.

The best shisha cafe I have been to in Spain. One of the few places that serves Starbuzz flavours and coconut coals. Service was great. Must try if you are looking for good shisha.
